These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pikeok ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pikeok website located at https://pikeok.com ("the Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

pikeok is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or use any service offered on the Site. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately and permanently suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all funds held in the account forfeited.

To access the full range of pikeok services, you must register for a single player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and preferred payment method details. You must not register using a pseudonym, alias, or any information that does not accurately reflect your legal identity.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one pikeok account at any given time. If pikeok identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other identifying characteristic — the duplicate accounts will be closed. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided, and the primary account may also be reviewed for potential suspension.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to place bets or play games using your account.
• pikeok will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account verification is an ongoing process. pikeok may request updated documentation at any point during the lifetime of your account, particularly before processing withdrawals above ৳10,000, when suspicious activity is detected, or when your account has been inactive for an extended period. Accounts that cannot be verified to pikeok's satisfaction may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is complete.

pikeok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All balances displayed on the platform are denominated in BDT. pikeok currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Debit/Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your pikeok balance within seconds of confirmation. Deposits via card or bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to reflect depending on the processing bank. pikeok does not charge a fee for deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. pikeok targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. pikeok reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

pikeok reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, pikeok may freeze account funds while the matter is investigated in accordance with applicable regulations and internal compliance policies.

pikeok offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, seasonal offers (such as Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh promotions, BPL free bet campaigns, and Victory Day specials), cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and eligible games will be stated in the offer terms.

By placing any bet or playing any game on pikeok, you agree to the following general betting and gaming rules. Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on pikeok are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pikeok reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts, refuse bets, or void bets where there is reasonable evidence of a data feed error, market suspension breach, or where the integrity of the market cannot be guaranteed. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time without prior notice, particularly during key moments in a match.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the market has already been settled or the sport-specific rules state otherwise.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• pikeok reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) and void bets placed at such erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

Prohibited Conduct in Games: The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pikeok and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings:

• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or collusion.
• Confirmed underage gambling or misrepresentation of age at registration.
• Detection of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or use of prohibited software.
• Requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial crime units.
• The player is identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or appears on an applicable sanctions list.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your pikeok account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be forfeited. Your remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
